The Young Women’s Leadership Program pairs alumnae with current female students to foster confidence, leadership, and connection. Through discussion panels and one-on-one mentorship, alumnae share their journeys and support the next generation of Hawks. Interested in being a mentor or a panelist? Complete the interest form.

Regional Leads connect Hawks living outside of the Charlotte area by helping plan local alumni events and encouraging engagement with the school from afar.
