Dear Latin Families,
With the spread of COVID-19 in the news, I want to let you know how Charlotte Latin School is preparing for a possible local outbreak of the virus.
How Latin is Preparing
International Travel
We have no school-sponsored trips planned over Spring Break.
We currently have 13 visitors from our sister school in Argentina. They depart Charlotte on Sunday.
We have a group of students from our sister school in France scheduled to visit at the end of April.
Regarding summer travel, we have several trips scheduled and are reviewing, daily, the spread of the virus. We will share decisions regarding student international travel as they are made. If you have any questions regarding our Global Studies program, please do not hesitate to contact Kelly Willis, Director.
What You Can Do Now
How to Talk with Your Children
Children get information from a range of sources. NAIS is a great resource with information on how to talk to your child/ren about difficult events.
