The middle school swimming team looked strong in their final regular season meet! The Hawks defeated both Covenant Day and Cannon School on the girls and boys teams. They're now in preparation for the GCMSAA Championships, which will be held at the Mecklenburg County Aquatic Center in Uptown on Wednesday, January 23rd at 12:00.  Go Hawks!

The 7th grade boys' basketball team continues to be undefeated after a home win against Providence Day on Tuesday, 12/11. They'll host Gaston Day next on Friday, 12/14 at 5:30. Go Hawks!

The 8th grade boys' basketball team traveled to Providence Day on Tuesday, December 11th and left victorious. The Hawks will host St. Mark Catholic School on Tuesday, December 19th before enjoying the holiday break. Go Hawks!

The 7th grade girls' basketball team had two tough losses to begin its season, but has been winning since then. The Hawks found redemption with a win over Providence Day on December 11th and will host Gaston Day on Friday, 12/14. Go Hawks!

The 8th grade girls' basketball team lost on the road at Providence Day on Tuesday, 12/11. The Hawks improved on their performance against the Chargers from earlier this season, but had trouble sinking their baskets. The team will host St. Mark Catholic School on Tuesday, 12/19, before taking off for the holiday break.  Go Hawks!

The Middle School Mat Hawks escaped with a narrow win over Country Day on Tuesday, December 4th. Unfortunately, the scheduled match with Wesleyan Christian Academy was cancelled, so the the Hawks don't compete again until December 18th. They'll host Holy Trinity before enjoying the holiday break. Go Hawks!

2018 season complete. Middle school cross country competed at the GCMSAA Championships on October 16th and the girls' team almost snagged a conference championship - just 3 points shy! The Hawks finished 2nd in the girls' team race and 6th in the boys' team race. 

2018 season complete. The middle school football team wrapped up its season with a tough 34-8 loss at Providence Day on Monday, 10/16. The Hawks got wins against Lake Norman Charter and Metrolina Christian Academy.

Season complete. The middle school girls' tennis team has been dominant. They finished the season as conference champs and undefeated.

2018 season complete. The 8th grade volleyball team competed in the GCMSAA tournament but lost to Charlotte Christian School 0-2. 

Season complete. The middle school boys' soccer team competed for the GCMSAA Championship on Tuesday, 10/16 and almost got the win! The game was tied at 1 and went into overtime and ultimately penalty kicks, where the Hawks were just one shy of the win. Great season guys! 

2018 season complete. The 8th grade field hockey team lost to Providence Day in the GCMSAA Championship, but showed great progress and hung with the Chargers much better than in previous matches.

The 7th grade volleyball team completed its season and showed great improvement in skills and teamwork.

Season complete. Both the boys' and girls' middle school track teams finished in 6th place at the GCMSAA Championships on Friday, April 27th. The Hawks had some great performances and many PRs during the meet. Nina Lavelle won the 200m race for girls and Harrison Klingman won the discuss even for boys.

Season complete. The 8th grade girls' lacrosse team finished the regular season with a 2-1-1 record in conference games and were seeded first in the GCMSAA Tournament. The Hawks defeated Providence Day in the first round, but ultimately fell to Holy Trinity in the final. They finished the season with an overall record of 5-6-1.

The middle school girls' soccer team finished its regular season seeded fifth in the conference and will head to Charlotte The middle school girls' soccer team finished its regular season seeded fifth in the conference and faced Country Day on the road April 23rd. The Hawks won and advanced to play Providence Day in the finals, but unfortunately fell to the Chargers, 0-3, to finish the season 5-8.

Season complete. The middle school boys' tennis team finished the regular season with a 4-4 record and were seeded 3rd going into the GCMSAA conference tournament. The Hawks were scheduled to host Lake Norman Charter in the first round, but the match was cancelled due to weather. The team traveled to Country Day on April 25th, and fell to the Bucs 2-5 in the final game of the season. 

Season complete. The middle school boys' golf team competed in the GCMSAA Conference Championship on April 25th at The Tradition and finished 3rd overall. The Hawks' score of 173 came in behind Holy Trinity (1st with 161 points) and Country Day (2nd with 163 points). Great season, Hawks!

Season complete. The middle school boys' lacrosse team finished the regular season with a 5-4-1 record and were seeded 5th in the GCMSAA conference tournament. Unfortunately, the tournament game between the Hawks and Holy Trinity was called off due to weather.

The 7th grade girls' lacrosse team completed its season undefeated with a final victory on April 18th against Sun Valley at home 10-6. The Hawks finished with a record of 9-1-0! The future of the Hawks' girls' lacrosse program is very bright. Congrats girls!
