When you first open either Graduway or Charlotte Latin Connect, you will be given two options for how to register. You can sign in using your LinkedIn account information or with an email address. Once you complete this step, you will be asked for your name (First, Last), email, class year, and date of birth. A verification email will be sent to you regarding the status of your account.

Yes, even if you are a registered EverTrue member you need to register with Graduway.

In order to gain access, the information you supply must match the information that the Development Office has on file. If it does not, there is an approval process that can take up to three business days. If you have any questions regarding your account status, please contact Sally Smith, Director of Alumni Relations, at 704-846-7253.

If you are not a Charlotte Latin alumnus, you cannot access Graduway.

By default, the following is automatically published for all alumni in the directory: name, street address, city, state, country, and e-mail address. There is an option to link to your LinkedIn account, in which case, your information will be shared on Graduway. Once you register as a user, you can control what is visible on your profile.

Only alumni and Development Office staff members have access to Graduway. Non-alumni cannot join and cannot access Graduway.

You can search the Graduway Directory by:

• Last name
• First name
• Class year (In the "Filter by" section, under Charlotte Latin School, you can search by class year – "1978," not "78.")
• Employment (by company, industry, or job)

It is possible that the alumnus you are seeking has opted out of having his or her information included.

Yes! Graduway provides email addresses and phone numbers, as well as an option to message through the platform.

You can also invite others to join Graduway; a link on their profile will open a template you can send via Facebook Messenger. We encourage you to do so!

• Under the filter menu, click on Get Involved.
• Select Offering Help.
• Check I would like to become a mentor today.

This will flag your profile as Willing to Help for the Alumni Office.

Once you have registered for Graduway and are signed into your account, click the Business Directory link in the navigation menu. You will then be prompted to add general information about your business and services.
