Designed for people of color in independent schools as they pursue strategies for professional and leadership development, the annual NAIS People of Color Conference (PoCC) offers networking opportunities for people of color and allies working to build and sustain inclusive school communities.

From November 30–December 3, thirteen members of Latin's Faculty and Staff attended the annual NAIS People of Color Conference (PoCC) held this year in San Antonio, TX. 

This year's theme was “Elevating Our Worth, Our Agency, and Our Excellence.” The NAIS People of Color Conference is the flagship of the National Association of Independent Schools’ commitment to equity and justice in teaching, learning, and organizational development.
