Charlotte Latin girls' lacrosse claimed a third consecutive NCISAA title in dominant fashion on Saturday, May 21, 2022. The Hawks defeated the Charlotte Country Day Buccaneers 18-4 on Latin's home turf on the Levine Athletic Campus. Coincidentally, the 18-4 score capped off a season of 18 wins and four losses, with three of those losses coming in out-of-state competition.

The Hawks were led in scoring by Paige Klingenberg and Ardyn Henry, with four goals each, followed by Megan Klingenberg and Milly Mattei, with three goals each. Junior Crawford Fisher scored twice, and Evie McMahan and Rebecca Campbell each contributed a goal. Sophomore goalie Madilyn Wargo had seven saves out of ten shots on goal.

Overall this season, sophomores Evie McMahan (45) and Ardyn Henry (41) led the team in goals, while seniors Milly Mattei (20), Megan Klingenberg (12), and Ella Livingston (12) led the team in assists. Ten Hawks were named CISAA All-Conference and six were selected as NCISAA All-State. Senior Megan Klingenberg was chosen as the CISAA Player of the Year.
