Sloan Ellison ’26 continues to earned the highest marking of “Distinction” on her Grade 7 ballet examination with the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) in spring of 2023. She continues to be a member of the Royal Academy of Dance at the vocational level. In addition to her RAD exam, she continued to earn high marks on her Grade 5 Cecchetti examination in 2023. During the summer of 2023 she attended a ballet summer intensive at the University of South Carolina. Sloan studies classical ballet at Charlotte School of Ballet in Cotswold and The Charlotte Youth Ballet in their Nutcracker and Spring Show at CPCC Halton Theatre. Sloan danced the solo role of Spanish in CYB's Nutcracker 2023.
