In lieu of exchanging gifts this holiday season, the TK and Kindergarten team of teachers decided instead to give back to a worthy cause. They chose the organization “Baby Bundles of Charlotte,” which presents new and gently used clothing and other baby essentials to underprivileged families in the Charlotte area. Baby bundles partners with other community agencies and local hospitals to identify families in financial need who receive a bundle of clothing, blankets, books, and toys. The team gathered on a Sunday afternoon and packaged items that they purchased and collected from family and friends. They have decided that this will become a tradition.
