Higgins signs with Virginia Tech

Charlotte Latin senior Collin Higgins has signed a National Letter of Intent to swim at Virginia Tech.

Higgins is a 3-year conference and state champion in the 100 Backstroke and 200 IM and a 3-time High School All-American in the 100 Backstroke. He will be swimming with his sister, Caroline (CLS Class of 2010), and brother, Charlie (CLS Class of 2008), at Virginia Tech.
