Hawks capture NCISAA titles

Charlotte Latin's girls' cross country, field hockey and volleyball teams won NCISAA championships this weekend. Senior cross country runner Haylee Dawe captured the girls' individual state title by running the course in 18 minutes, 43 seconds.

The championships represent the seventh consecutive title for the volleyball team, the fourth consecutive title for the girls' cross country team, and the first state title in Charlotte Latin history for the field hockey team. The field hockey team also finished the season with a perfect record (21-0).
