David Gatoux, Director of Athletics

David has more than 20 years experience as an athletic director and has directed Latin Athletics since 2012. His past experience includes Friends Academy in Locust Valley, NY, St. Mary's School in Raleigh and the Galloway School in Atlanta. David earned a B.A. from Denison University and an M.A. from Ohio University.

Deb Savino, Assistant Athletic Director and Office Manager

Deb is a 20+ year coaching veteran with high school and college experience. Deb earned a B.S. from Clark University, Worcester, MA and a M.S. from Winthrop University, Rock Hill, SC.

Dick Sipperly, Assistant Athletic Director and Middle School Athletic Coordinator

Dick began his coaching career in 1978 and was hired in 2004 as the Head Coach for Latin's inaugural Varsity Boys' Lacrosse team. He also serves as Middle School Athletic Coordinator, Physical Education teacher and added Assistant Athletic Director to his duties in 2013. He earned a Bachelor of Science from SUNY Courtland and a Master of Education from Springfield College. Coach Sip is father to Hawk alumni Tayler '09 and Eric '11 and his interests outside Latin lie in outdoor education and fly fishing.

Tim Kelly, Assistant Athletic Director and Head Athletic Trainer

Tim joined Latin in 2007 and was formally the Head Trainer at Rhodes College in Memphis, TN. He earned a B.S. from Marietta College in Ohio and a M.A.Ed. from the University of Virginia.

Angel Trimble, Sports Information Coordinator

Angel joined Latin in 2016 and has an extensive background in marketing and was most recently the Director of Communications and Marketing for SwimMac Carolina. She earned a B.A. in Liberal Arts and Science from Virginia Tech, with a minor in communications, business and sociology. She was a full scholarship swimmer, earning scholar athlete honors all four years and serving as a team captain her junior and senior years.
