Common Questions

What is the Non-Refundable Deposit?

A non-refundable deposit of $2,500 is required at the time of initial enrollment or re-enrollment; this amount will be deducted from the second tuition payment. No student can be enrolled or re-enrolled without this deposit.

What's included in tuition and what is extra?

Tuition includes most course and laboratory fees. Textbooks are included in Transitional Kindergarten-Grade 5 tuition costs, but are an additional expense in Grades 6-12. Also, for Grades 5-8 and Grade 12, there will be an advance payment of up to $260-350 for class trips. Student Accident Insurance ($65) and Tuition Refund Plan (0.50% of tuition) are optional charges and will appear on the June bill as such.

An annual technology fee of $205 is assessed for our 1:1 iPad program for students in grades 3-12. This fee covers approximately 1/3 of the costs of the iPad program including the iPad, case and insurance.

Other optional costs include before and after school transportation and our extended day and enrichment programs.

Do you have Tuition Payment Plans?

Advance payment of tuition for the full year is encouraged, but, for the convenience of parents, the following payment options are offered:
  • Two Payment Plan (June 25 and November 25) Payments may be made in two installments, with one half of tuition due by June 25 and the balance, less the $2,500 deposit, due by November 25.
  • Monthly Payment Plan With the monthly payment plan, you pay the $2,500 deposit at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment and then make monthly payments beginning in May and ending in December. There is no fee or service charge if payments are made on time.

When is tuition due?

All tuition must be paid before students may attend classes following the respective tuition due dates. A service charge of 1.5% per month will be added to all tuition charges that are not received or postmarked by the respective due dates. All miscellaneous charges must be paid before re-enrollment can be offered, report cards issued, diplomas awarded, or transcripts released. Miscellaneous charges during a month will be billed at the end of that month and are due when received. A monthly service charge of 1.5% (18% annual) will be added to any unpaid balance.
