Charlotte Latin School provides online and printed options to make it easy for you to obtain forms and complete the admissions application process. You may choose to:
| The initial deadline for submitting applications for the 2010-2011 school year has passed. If you would like to submit an application without the application fee, we will hold it until late April and contact you then to discuss our rolling admissions process. |

• Download printable forms and mail the completed forms to

• Combine printable application forms and online teacher
recommendations
• Contact the CLS Admissions Office (select “Contacts /
Inquiries”) and request printed application forms via U.S. mail
(Packets and forms require Adobe Acrobat.)

You may print the application forms above or choose to complete the Online Application. By utilizing the online option, you will be able to monitor completed tasks online as they are verified by the CLS Admissions Office.
Each application requires a Parental Authorization for Release of Records form and teacher recommendations. Teachers may complete and submit:
